Services offered: The main service offered is preparation of all types of tax returns except sales tax and payroll. Other services offered are probate and tax assistance upon the death of an adult family member and preparation of investment programs. "Old and cold" income tax returns: I have software back to the 1990's to do the old ones. These returns included issues such as foreign income taxes, moving expenses, sale of personal residence, installment sales, alternative minimum tax, rentals, etc. It is common for me to work on many cases as a member of a team of professionals with a tax attorney sometimes taking the lead. If there are IRS criminal charges I have also worked with former prosecutors (now in private practice) as well as a tax attorney.
