Many CPA's refuse to do old returns. With me it is different because I have the desire and extensive experience in this area. For example, I have completed multiple year delinquent returns (ranging from two to twelve years) at least 50 times. These returns included issues such as foreign income taxes, moving expenses, sale of personal residence, installment sales, alternative minimum tax, rentals, etc. It is common for me to work on many cases as a member of a team of professionals with a tax attorney sometimes taking the lead. If there are IRS criminal charges I have also worked with former prosecutors (now in private practice) as well as a tax attorney.
